Here's a challenge; does anyone have any information on which units received Tiger I's made in the month of March 1943?

Perhaps, depending on how long shipping took in 1943, they did receive a shipment at the end of March 1943, if it took a couple weeks to ship, they may have been March production.

According to Tigers In Combat I 503 also got 10 in March 1943.

i got an excel "idonotrememberfrom" which webpage, it has a lot of useful info about Tigers I, one of the tabs is related to the supply of tanks to units, information source is from "Germany's Tiger Tanks - T1 & 2: Combat Tactics" by Jentz.

it states that on March 1943 were delivered 34 Tigers:

10 to s.Pz.Abt.503
18 to s.Pz.Abt.505
6 to Ersatz-Herr

so, to operational Units, to s.Pz.Abt.503 and 505, like White Tiger & MichaelC said

buuuut, you are asking for vehicles build in March, and these delivered in March were probably build before, so the ones built in Mars would have been delivered in April and/or May...

Some time ago I thought I would begin a new hobby, but what? I know R/C Tanks, after all whats to know? a couple of switches and levers and that will be it. Perhaps I should join a forum, just to keep up to date with the hobby, Now here I am reading about Tank delivery dates and the worst part is I cannot get enough, just a matter of time before I start wearing the coats that have sleeves that do up at the back. HELP!!!! shaun
