i see sprockets there & a lot of room, is she gonna rc it?

Thats very good - scratch built from drawings scaled down I presume - a WW1 is on my list of future projects, I was planning to use bulldog tracks just because I have 4 sets lying around, but got to finish my "works in progress" first, all three of them, before a start something new.
Keep us posted on progress or better still ask her to join and post updates herself.

Hi All,
Had a good day out with the boys at model boat show yesterday, here's some photos of the model as she is so far.
I'm all self taught as far as CAD stuff is concerned, so it's been a long time to get this far. Glad you're all liking it. x
This all started from a visit to Bovi far to many years to think about. Then it led to years working on a set of plans.. lots of help given by the guys on Landships xx
Now the intention is for a group of us to build three RC MK1 Tanks, then put up for sale some more to get all the production costs back. The three tanks will become part of the Portsmouth Display Teams future displays.
Got to go now, will waffle some more later.

Are those Landling Crafts 1/16 scale ?

Well... kinda! They were built as part of a D-Day landings display by the boat team and are a little bit long and made big enough to take a Tamiya Sherman.

i saw someone from dundee, scotland built one (1/6, could've been even bigger!) and the builder took it onto it's original battlefield(Cambrai), and there were tears ! Battlefield Detectives i think)
A good project now we're coming to the 100th annivesary of such an awful war. Hope to see it finished ! well done ! keep it up !
As for the LCT's brilliant !
