Heng Long Tiger - Wire not soldered :(

Received my Heng Long Tiger today!
I read online that I should change the batter for 4 - 5 hours. Should that be adequate?
But my real problem is one wire in the remote is loose.
Do you know where it should be attached? (Pointed out by the antenna)
Thanks in advance!

Just to help clarify it's the black wire near the left stick on the remote.

Just had mine open , it looks to go to a plug underside of the board ( unscrew antenna and turn board over ) it goes between the blue and yellow wires ( plug should have 5 wires ) ill get a pic up in 5

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Unfortunately, I have that wire there already.
I've circled where I have my connected wire in your picture.
On mine, I have two black wires and a red wire.
Here is mine:
Update: I decided to try to see if I could get it going without this wire. It looks like it controls the gun elevation because I am unable to raise or lower the cannon.
Also is it just me or do you sometimes have to push a stick in a direction twice to get movement? It could be because the back of the controller is not screw back on...

odd, on mine it is soldered with the blue wire at the bottom of the right stick which is part of the elevation. This should do the trick.

Of course I meant my other "right". The left stick if you look at it from the front, the "right" if from the back. The yellow and white are together and the blue and black are also.

Hmmm... I already have a black wire into that wire module. I don't think two wires can fit in one of those 'sockets'.

Sorry odd, I don't mean the module on the PCB. I meant the stick itself. Your loose black wire seems to be connecting the two pots on the left stick. The bottom of your left stick has the white and yellow connected up to one port and so should the loose black with the blue on a different port. Sorry I closed mine up already and is too lazy to open it up again and take a pic.

So I'm supposed to connect the loose wire to the bottom of the stick where the white, yellow and blue wires are?
Here?:

Mine has some glue attached to it so I can't see too well but it appears that the blue and your loose black are soldered together, and the yellow and white are soldered together but on a different port though than the blue and black. I will try to open it again later on today and send a pic, but I will have to pray out the glue which may dislodge them. I don't use HL so it doesn't matter to me.
