any off you sherman buffs can tell me if there was any other gun mounted in the 105 turret[ or the turret on the hl sherman] other than the 105 howy not a sherman man ,well not yet any way was just wondering if , ta ta for now wot wot.

Don't forget the 76mm with or without muzzle brakes on the M4A3E8s.......

true allso known as the easy eight which went on to be used in korea ,tanker 242

76 was mounted in a different turret, T-23 turret.

hi chaps wot wot ,so can one put a 75 /76 mm on the turret type on the heng long sherman without having to change turret just replace barrel. the info on the t,23 turret is somthing. wot wot .ta ta for now.

The 105mm used a special heavy duty mantlet, so you would need to change that as well.
