tamiya sherman tank

i just bought a 1 16 tamiya sherman tank off ebay. the guy said it was new but the box has been open. when i opened it the only electronics that came in the box was a DMD control unit t-01 and the gearboxes. i saw no speaker, flash, or turret rings to move the turret around. are these things included in the kit or where they removed by the seller. the kit i bought came in a box like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/56005-Tamiya-1- ... 58955175c5
