GMT time setting

What do I put in the box so that I get the correct UK time?
Or am I being a bit thick here...don't answer that!!

hey, next or near to to time offset place, click the auto detect button or something, it will automatically put in the time offset,

didnt work on mine had to put 6 in the box all ok now

Aha! Putting 6 in the box works! Cheers, I no longer feel like I am logging in from Mongolia.
