Getting very desperate but.....

I know this is the wrong section but here goes.

I desperately need two gears from an HL recoil unit.

The rack gear that fits onto the "slug"(the slides back and forth inside bit)and the
gear that drives it.

Failing that, has anyone converted an HL recoil unit to servo operation and saved the
complete set of gears(you'd remove the rack gear to attach the servo arm to the slug)?

Failing that has anyone got a spare HL recoil unit that they don't need?

The tank is a 2007 MY HL Tiger 1 fitted with an RX13 board,so no,I can't do the
sevo mod to the recoil mech because the RX13 won't run a servo.

Any costs required to get the above to me will of course,be met by me.

Many thanks

Thanks for that boys,but I fear the postage(I'm in UK)would horrible,not to
mention that my tanking tends to be done on a tight budget(it's only one of my "toys"),
so SWMBO would not be amused at all

Almost forgot not sure if you know but here is a UK seller i have purchased from in the past as well.
find the item you need on the e bay site then e mail him and you will get a better price since there are no e bay costs.

Well,the flap is over.

I modified the requisite gearing from an airsoft gun and hey-presto,it runs like a good 'un  .

I just need to wire it up now and get it installed  .
