It's definately not scale but is functional. It's the right width but the fins need a different shape and it's about 12" short of 32" scale size @20". I'll fly it for old times sake before we use it. It's 15 years old and this is it's 3rd scheme. I might even build a functional and scale 1/16th V-2 later

Well folks I have some video of our field I'll try to get posted up ASAP.

It's been VERY windy here but a few members did some spring cleaning around the field and purchased some solar walkway lights to use as street lights and inside our buildings. It's definitely not scale to have lights on in a combat zone but we will be doing some FPV night ops and it makes it easier to navigate in the dark. Also it looks very cool for driving our trucks and things in.

I plan on getting the airbrush work finished on my church and I'm trying to get a smoker working that will put out a nice plum of smoke simulating a fire. I've also been working on an LED lighting system that I can use at night in the church which would have different colors with varied brightness/strobeing (SP?) intensities to give a great fire effect in my rendition of a bombed out Berlin.

If it works out well I plan to replicate and slightly vary these devices for several buildings which would give some lighting at night as well as give some concealment in the daytime. When your driving a tank FPV it would have a smokescreen effect.

you might want to think about some fog machines you could conceal them in buildings or in shallow holes. you can get in expensive ones for around 40.00 or once you have water in your river you can use dry ice pellets....

One of our members has a machine but they are pricey and roughly 100m or more from electricity. Mine will consist of a few dollars each and will operate from batteries with home brew smoke fluid. They will be small enough to be hiden in the rubble of the buildings. Say 100mm x 100mm x 50mm or so

I just got the test footage up from Sunday at our battlefield. I need to adjust the camera and switch the lens to 120deg. Also I'll have my OSD installed soon

How are the lights operated, are they mains or battery ?

They are solar powered walkway lights. They were $1 each from WalMart
