Despite lacerating ones thumb, paint has been applied. The fun bit starts. Weathering and painting all the small bits, like the tools and tow cables.
I think it needs some washes to blend it all in. Something new to try. Time to view Mr Tank-a-Lots tutorials.

I decided to give this product a try and it is the best dirt/dust product I've used. I put it on all 3 Tiger projects and it matches up so well to the natural light brown dust that our tanks get covered in at the field in the summer months

The Grime is good stuff, just be mindful of it going onto Zimmerit though, it likes to stay in the surface & not wipe off as easily as a flat one does.

I really like the paint colors you chose Mr. Rat perfect for the period she's portraying. Which brand and color names are they? I look forward to you weathering her up.

Mr Chef. Paint is Tamiya Dark Yellow rattle cans, Red Brown, and Olive Green. All over automotive red oxide.

Lacerated your thumb...painting? There's a story there!

The bogies on those late Tigers add so much to look of the tank, and add so many more weathering nooks and crannies.

That would be comical. The lacerated digit is too embarrassing to tell tails.

Ok, I’ll embarrass myself. I was trying to open a tin of corn beef and the key broke. Rather than use a tin opener like a normal person, I tried to open it with a a knife, and slipped.
