Made a Notek convoy light, has green led fitted, a couple of pics with it illuminated during daylight and at nightime, made from plasticard and with an acetate sheet lense sprayed green and a 3mm LED placed in the center of the unit.

Hi Lee,
I must admit that my spray gun trigger finger is getting a bit itchy now, hopefully will soon have it all in primer then Dunkelgelb yellow, looking forward to that.
Thx for looking.
Cheers.

Hi,
Starting to add some of the more tedious details before priming it, 8 nuts around the Aluminium. sprocket hubs, should look ok when painted.

Hi more ramblings,
Made the Pneumatic trailer brake connection, from plastic card, tube and brass, a little detail that you don't see much on halftrack models, but its quite conspicuous when missing, adds more to the overall appearance of the rear towing assembly.
Still to clean up and add the hull mounting points but mostly there.

Still plugging on,
Pneumatic brake linkage now with mounting points and clasps and bolt heads fitted to rear and underside of the hull.

Might be worth finding a way to put a tracking device on that air supply Mr Sub !
Be a shame to lose it being where it is and how intricate youve managed to make it
Following along this remarkable project.......

Hi Mr Bix,
Thank you for your interest and valid concerns, i had been wondering how to ensure its captivity due to its position as it is quite vulnerable as you say so i have installed some brass wire loops that go under the brass tube and through 2 holes in the hull bottom these are then twisted together inside the hull and glued in the hull so (he says hopefully) if it does come adrift it should stay attached although loosely to the hull.
Once again thx for looking and raising the issue.
Regards.

Made a headlight representative of the Bosch headlight fitted, for the left front wing.
Made from plastic tube, brass and a copper base mounting bracket, bent and filed to shape with bolt heads added, will be fitted with a 2mm white LED for illumination.
The lense is not fixed in place yet as it needs a little more work and the LED fitting when painted.
