Just a word of caution, AGK, masking a model up for striped camouflage is a lot easier on a Jadgpanther than it would be on a Tiger, as it doesn't have the shape of the turret to contend with. Even then, it takes a lot of work.

On the other hand, it does make for an individual model, since most go for a conventional there-colour pattern, to a plain Afrika Korps style weather Dunkelgelb finish. Anyway, following along with interest, and without steam engines...

No masking involved here. I shall pencil the pattern on and then use brushes for the colour.

Yes, however you tackle it, drawing roughly straight lines across an irregular shape ain't easy

I use Lo Tak paper to mark out camo patterns on my armour.

Its organic baby! Straight lines aren't a thing in nature.

Resting at an angle while the glue dries under the section of side flap I knocked off while painting dries.

The song, 'I think I'm turning Japanese..' comes to mind for some reason.
