This is perfection, some of us find it hard to fit together the Aber add on kit . Making the little parts from scratch is brilliant.

WOW Ronnie praise indeed but far from perfect i'm afraid,
I am still working on the Bulldog, just moved on to the internal electronics for a while, better make sure it all works before going any further.... I now have the following functions all on the TX.
1) turret traverse,
2) Barrel elevation / depression
3) Main Gun optics door open / close
4) coax MG with fibre optic flash
5) Main 30mm cannon fire and recoil plus muzzle flash
6) Turbo Diesel engine start / run / full proportional and shut down
7) capability to place transmission into neutral so I can run and rev the engine whilst stationary
7b) select forward and reverse transmission
9) rear brake lights operational when slowing down and stationary go out when moving.
10) front and rear running sidelights
11) front headlamps on / off

Still got to add the front and rear yellow indicators plus I might add a yellow warning beacon, plus anything else that takes my fancy....oh and will probably add a convoy light..... will see.

Hi.
So after everything electronic appeared to work as planned ( to date at least ) i am now back onto the outside.
A few pics of the steering box front access door.
I added 2 opening handles and also next to the door on the right hand lower side is a purple half dome shaped thing, this is the armoured steering box oil level filler plug, accessed with a large allen ket in its center it unscrews to reveal the dipstick and oil filler.

Hi.
So whilst i am on with the door, this is actually used on the model to facilitate the removal of the motors and twin gearbox unit so i thought about making it a bit of a feature by constructing a copy of what you would see on the real thing if you opened the door which would be the steering box and actuators for the 2 tracks so thought i would give it a go, this will be removable afterwards in order to take out the motors and gearbox if needed, should look better than just a hole.

A short vid, hopefully.... of the turret and engine functions, the 30mm Rarden Cannon can hold 2 clips of ammo of 3 per clip and can fire in quick sucsession

Certainly looks better than a hole. I have something similar in the t34 based vehicles I have that doubles as a mount for the driver and hides the wiring
