Good morning!
Herman, thank you! I am considering getting out the scribing blade and making the boxes functional, (if for no other reason than that it would be a cool feature to add). I will see if just adding the lids, hinges and latches scratches the itch first. Jimster! Thank you! Thats a vote for the wooden block.
More soon,
Painless

I, too, think your redone wooden jack block is mucho better! But I noticed something I had heretofore (
) missed. Should the forward-most ring of the muzzle be Dunkelgelb (or Dunkelgrau depending on the tank's production/painting year)?

Good morning, Herr Dr.,
Thats another vote for use of the wooden block. ( It was purchased from Tank Modelbau and I will be adding the handle and strapping to it if it wins the informal vote. ) The color of the Muzzle Brake is due to the ring I added to correct the internal diameter of the Brake. The entire vehicle will be painted once the detailing is complete.
regards,
Painless

The build just gets better which given the quality of your previous builds comes as no surprise
I bought my Jack blocks from Modelbau and the choice of sizes was very handy and certainly gets my vote.

Jarndice!
Thanks for looking in! The wooden block seems to be a crowd favorite. I will have to get out the brass and get busy. ;o)
Thank you Sir,

Good Evening!
Jack Block built \ wood, brass and styrene. It will be attached with a screw mount similar to the one on the Jagdtiger. For ease of painting. I'll include pics with the next batch.

Painless,
Just checking in after running all over for a few weeks! I'll mirror the other's vote for the jack block too! I like everything I'm seeing! Carry on!
Cheers,
Eric.
