Yes I agree. I've never had an issue like this with them in the past Jackalope. Steve indeed was very helpful. Hope you have had success with the bits that you purchased from them.

I plan to build a M4A3 Sherman with Mato's lower chassis combined with HL's upper hull and I've asked the guy on Taobao for a quotation. He promised to send quote today. This plan is for post lunar new year which take place on 28 Jan 2017. Now all shipping companies have stopped accepting packages. All I want to do is to have an allied tank in my growing fleet. Mato better not to disappoint me with this lower chassis or I swear I will never buy their products again. By the way, the steel gearbox of Mato on my Pz3 is quite acceptable compared the one of HL I used to have. The 5:1 gearbox is rather quiet and a lot of torque. Speed is acceptable too.
