sorry i forgot to answer some of larsson questions:
the 3,7cm flak43 is 120mm from verlinden, the 8,8cm flak36 are 1/18 from 21st Century Toys. Almost all of our arty pieces are either verlinden or 21st CT.
best regards

hi again,
for so long i was waiting to be able to do these pics: the six 8,8cm FlaK36 finished and on their positions!
a lot of work still to be done, now i have to 'populate' the positions with the crews, tables, radios, ammo crates, and other bits of equipment so they could do the job
and some more of the development of the 3,7cm FlaK43 position
this gun has a big problem, the gunner seat is of no use, only to be 'looked at', so i have to think a way to reinforce it and then put the gunner in...
best regards

Honestly mate, you should have a big building to keep this all in. It will take a day or two just to place all the positions to make the field ready for use !!
Staggering amount of work this is.
Pity the dumb fool that drives his full metal tank into /over any of these positions !!
Really is the leading contender for the first ever "World 1/16th Tank Expo"

This is an amazing project. Would you mind if I asked how you mass produce those sandbags?

thanks mate
we brought almost 1200 sandbags of a German shop in ebay. i can not find the vendor right now, but it has a website, these are the empty bags
http://www.modellkennzeichen24.de/shop/ ... aecke.html
the process is very simple but also a bit time consuming: fill 3/4 of the bag with beach sand, tie it with a rope and to place them, i then submerge them in white glue (carpenter's glue) diluted with water. Place the bag in position with some quantity of not diluted white glue on the underside and let it dry. It become hard like cement, but be warned to not wet them after, water will dilute the glue again.
best regards

we have our "Batcave" to keep all our stuff far from the Panzodorm

Our plan is to have all the positions ready (gun , crew, ammo, etc.. glued in place) and in their boxes, and the locations on the ground would be always the same, so they will be excavated beforehand, an we will need 'only' to made some little corrections and repairs and then put them on site. We see more issues with the french town itself... but this will come later, stay tuned on news for this
best regards and thanks for the support comments mate!
