Thanks chaps, currently spending ages tidying up the arm behind the dozer blade, almost done then the primer can go on. God, it's windy outside, howling round all four walls of this house, surprised I still have a roof!...any way I digress

I intend to make a floor for the lower hull, same as the Bulldog so that I can clip and clamp the IBU2 in there. Just swap the SD card and away it goes. I will also fit an IR emitter so that I can program it as a repair tank, but want to avoid sticking an apple or emitters on it, so it will be an invincible repair tank. Maybe I will repair tanks alternately from each side just to keep it fair??

On the final leg now. Flat inner hull base installed with battery holder, and quick release for the IBU2. Lower hull primered, and blade lift nailed down securely. I decided to weigh it fully laden, just to see what a plastic tank can mount up to, and it is 2.7kg/which is a shade short of 6lbs. Not bad, it still runs around and turns on carpet, so should be good to go when outdoors.

The right rear suspension sags when going forward, so I will take a look at the spring and see what can be done.

I adjusted the blade so that when it is on its lowest point it still a few mm off the ground, that way when running on uneven ground with the blade down it won't catch on anything.

Yup, new supply of styrene arrived yesterday, I needed the length of a whole sheet to make them. They will only go one when everything else is done as I have easier access to airbrush the lower hull at the moment.

True about the camo, I want to it, but it will be a challenge getting it uniformly around the fittings.

You also failed to notice the lack of engine deck grills (shame on you ), I haven't got the styrene section that I need to these, so that is another one on the to-do list.

I did notice ...and i thought maybe you were going for the tent ..over the back of the deck ..i slept many a night on one ..lol. and airbrush ....i must show you how easy detail painting is ...

So now you havd almost done ..lol..whats next ? ....warrior arv . Or the new terrier ...which is more or less a bulldog chassis ....

All of the main painting done, all of the bits attached, and all I have to do now is decide whether to weather it.(try saying that after 5 pints).
