Oh, I see, a diagram of the TUBES.
I was hoping for a diagram of the mudguards. They're difficult!
As for the Feifel tubes... that ridged surface is a problem.

Not too hard David...think about it....you can probably use simple household stuff

And I agree... though I could probably fabricate the fenders.... not sure I would want too

Hallo ALPHA my friend, I made up the VOYAGER front fenders but I modified them so I could remove the PE surround and replace it with 1mm plasticard, it is far better because it allows the fitting of small dressmakers pins to serve as rivets and to hold the slide bolts and DOLLS HOUSE HINGES in place. If I were to need a new set of front fenders I would just use 2mm plasticard and forgo the PE, much easier and as it all gets painted it will look like the PE but much sturdier. shaun

Leave it to you to be the torture master Shaun... DOLL HOUSE HINGES ....................rubbing a little salt into the wounds of those who tried and didn't quite make it
Personally I think I could fabricate the fenders using the same tin I did on my Travel mount on the L70.... but being as they would be on the corner of any impact... I think the stock plastic stuff is more durable

Herman the air cleaner tubes came like that when I got the box of bits, I think it's some kind of plastic mesh cover slipped over the HL tubes,

Makes sense to have the corrugated flexible pipe as the intake ducts. That same material is common on most industrial engine air filter intake systems where movement and non-"suck flat" are vital.
Your intake tube covers are great, the stuff I've seen in some old pics seems to suggest that there were covers of some sort over the corrogated tubes (toobs!) but no pics I have recalled clearly show the hard edged corrugated material which would without doubt be the correct thing to use for this. But then the average pics from then did not care to catch those details.
My experience with this similar kind of ducting is that in a very short time, it will chaff on anything that it contacts with. Especially real good quality steel. If it were me, I would use some form of shrouding (again without the benefit of historic material availability analysis) to protect the toobs from suffering a penetration from simple service that would allow excess solids particulates into the air intake, therefore Bypassing the pre-cleaners .These things sit along the engine deck, and at times have people standing on them.

Oil bath air filters are the norm on old engines.
Those fiefels were really just air pre-cleaners, still in use today in various forms ,to use cyclonic air and air path to remove as much solid inclusions from the intake charge air as possible, thereby increasing the life and clogging resistance of the primary filter before the intake plennum of the engine.
Be a pisser to have your Tiger stop because of clogged air filters I can safely say !
Anything you can do as a manufacturer to extend the maintenance time out - the better.

Should work...those hinges are mid mount internal so pretty easy...it's the full internals that are tricky
