Could you do me a favour please and measure your turret position from the outer drivers glasis plate to the mantlet(where the ring of dome bolts are) and then from the centre of the stowage bin outer to the centre of the air filter cover on the engine hatch.
Im am designating the Tamiya Tiger a a datum dimensioned gauge & want to verify or otherwise the position of the turret on my H/L Tiger.
Thanks
I'll try get you some measurements tomorrow!

Alpha, the kv-2 is in line after the M51 which is after the panther f for Michael. Add into the mix an akula sub to detail and paint for a show in August and the Najade to do.

I hope much sooner than that! The panthers nearly done, M51 is pretty much ready for paint! Hopefully I'll get cracking on the KV-2 in the next 1-2 months.

Would that have been done like that from the factory or just the fronts leaving the backs red primer? I'm about to paint mine and was wondering how they would have gone about it. Cheers and amazing tank! Mark

:haha: :haha: So sorry for the generous Time Line Tom :haha: ...Knew the M51 was there... Leaving the Panther and the Acula in the grey... the Najad... well last I looked the Hull still needed a lot of work :shh: not to mention the Tour is coming up... and the status of your tire tube is unknown :haha:

So hearing that your build could happen so soon is really good news.... Painless is doing a great job on his captured..I did mine rather simply as always ... so it would be a treat to see what you do to yours :D

Have a great week TomImage

Fronts and backs lad! Sometimes I don't bother with the backs if I know they can't be seen. But in this case I put in a bit more effort!

Very nice Tiger -

I'm planning on doing something similar. I recently picked up a runner on Ebay that needs a little work, the drivers hatches look really nice, what did you use on them?

Thinking about giving it a wash of white for a winter look over the German grey...

Thanks,

Larry
