Just spent the afternoon switching my M38 Elmod into the KT, it deserves a better home. Pesky rewiring of the IR and changing of plugs still to be done.

Will then see if I can get the TK24 that was in the M38 reprogrammed with Centurion sounds and install it in the Comet.

Then think about which tanks to sell, to finance future projects.

Straight over it without taking a nosedive and getting stuck.

I'd say less than half the length of the smallest tank, maybe 4"

These are the two radios that Rob gave me on Sunday. I have no idea what the various bits are, so this is my interpretation. If anyone know what colour they should be, please let me know.

Blooming heck Richard, I have no idea what colour they should be, but you have done an excellent job. My poor eyeballs would never last through a job like that.

One advantage of being shortsighted

Managed to complete the KT swap, it has now has the Elmod in and is working perfectly. Sounds, control, are now excellent and very loud! It is a lumbering beast as it should be.

Looking forward to seeing it in action next meeting.
