Went through to the East Coast of Scotland over the weekend, and picked up one of the greatest smoked fish of all. An Arbroath Smokey.

An Arbroath Smokey? I thought that was an obscure single malt from the wrongside of the tracks in Speyside!
Hmmmmm, I'm normally a pretty adventurous eater, but dried fish in scrambled eggs is a hard pass. Bring on the blood (black) pudding!

I would have to chase each bite with a 1 1/2oz shot of cheap American whiskey! Probably an acquired taste. Both the fish and the whiskey.
