This model is for free, as a tribute for the volunteers during the disaster in Chernoby IMR-1 on cults: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various ... c_3d_tanks

the words of Inkor:

36 years ago, on the 26th of April at 1:23am the world experienced one of the largest technological disaster ever known: the 4th reactor of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant exploded. A huge tragedy for millions of people from modern Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.

People who recieved huge doses of radiation quickly died in first weeks after the tragedy. The liquidators, who worked in the most dangerous areas were irradiated enough that it slowly killed most of them. Those who survived and are still alive are suffering cancer, blood and lungs issues, alongside with other health issues caused by radiation.

All the former countries of USSR have criminally forgotten about the heroes who saved their lives. Still people do not receive the compensation they deserve, and governments are not focused on their plight. There is only a short "rememberance" on one day a year to produce nice pictures for TV.

One of the tasks that has been given to the army was destroying adjacent villages which received enormous doses of radiatian and couldn't be decontaminated. After evacuation none of the villagers has ever gone back home.

IMR-1

The IMR is a Soviet tracked military engineering vehicle that had been sent to complete this task. There were two vehicles: IMR-1 and IMR-2, which are pretty much the same but based on different tank chassis (T-55 and T-72 respectively). You can find a lot of videos of these vehicles working in the containment zone, and even in front of the destroyed reactor.

This project is my personal tribute to every hero who sacrificed his own life to make sure I can live now. It is a free project and the main purpose of it is to provoke people to think about this enormous catastrophe and learn more about it. If you're interested enough, you can see that the password to the archive is 23600, - the number of T-55 tanks that were built, on which this vehicle is based.

Never been a fan of the 1/10th tank scale, but that KV-1 is nice looking. I might need to give it a shot one day.
