Raminator wrote:Glad to see you back in action and making great progress, Herman. Really nice stuff with the brass, both the functional servo mounts and decorative tool racks too!

Thanks Mr Ram, bit of a punt making tool racks out of scrap sprue, but either way if they are made from top end Aber PE or home made, if they get belted- they are gone !!
There is a lot to be said for slightly inaccurate but very rugged plastic OEM versions.

Cheers Mr Jussek, perhaps it will be worthy of an invite to your Panzerdrom if the world ever gets back to a resemblance of normal

Just a thought, things in the world have not been any good since Mr Marquez was injured out................as he comes back-the world comes back, no pressure, but go have a word to the kid would ya & get him to find full health again so we can all benefit :haha:

John Glover wrote:Hi Herman. I see a few of the parts I sent you being used. Glad they went to a good home. Regards John.

They certainly did Sir, and very grateful I am for them too.
As is often said, one mans trash is another mans treasure...............& they all certainly helped out.

I will give it a go.
I didn’t think at the time about that but it does have relevance to others builds .
Will do what I can ASAP

Tool racks continued, the front right now done apart from adding the clamps post paint.
I will blend the clamps to the paint once the tools are secured.
That will leave me the dreaded spare track hangers to make :/
Small chains and pins also once everything is secured and the hull is closed.
Too much handling will surely end up with things busted off.

Thanks Mr E, I have some of the 'Magic grime' that seems to be a pretty good product which I will be trying out big time over the paint.
Whatever the paint is that is......
