Glad to see you enjoying the tasteful new extras- with a thoughtful Waylon looking on, Painless. My brother, who lives on Cape Cod, has two energetic Italian Greyhounds. Waylon's face reminds me of them!
Apart from all the usual things I enjoy seeing in your builds; the bespoke bits, and the attention to detail- I also make a note of any bits of equipment I might make use of myself. That Tamiya rattle can, for example, has a very intriguing clamp-on spray trigger/ spray gun attached to it. I imagine it makes spraying from a rattle can much more accurate and comfortable. I'd certainly like one of those!

Roy, Good Afternoon!
Thank you for looking in, my friend. Waylon is very quiet these days but hopefully he will get his voice back soon. I believe ( and could be wrong ) since it has been a while...I'm thinking Home Depot for the Rattlecan Trigger.
Here is a link: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Oleum- ... /100670383 It is a very useful tool and available almost everywhere!
regards,
Painless

Picking up the work on the Lower. I did some rudimentary taping off and primered the lower tonight in that rottbraun color. Turned out better than I expected. Kind of authentic and a nice solid primer undercoat for the paint. More rain drops so standing in the front hall and holding the lower on a base and rotating it for coverage. This is where that rattle can control handle comes in really handy, Roy. ;o)

After a weekend of rain, the sun came out and I was able to go and paint out on the deck ( briefly ). A couple more massive storms rolled down off the Rockies next door and ran me back inside. Still the Lower is 99% in paint with some brush detailing remaining. It is good to be moving forward again on the Build. The Tamiya paint is best left to cure overnight.
