I picked up the metal lower at a weekend meet a couple of weeks ago, and in between showers I managed to get it primed and painted. Still need more paint to finish it off, which is on its way.
The machine gun, mount, and ammo are all done, but I will fit them last to stop them getting knocked off.
Once the painting is done, I can weather it, and finish the project off.

The added bonus is that by using a stock metal lower KV1 I don't have to worry about the running gear, the KV1's run really well. The upper has turned out nicely, so it should be a good model. No elevation though, as the inside is too rough to mount one neatly.
Just need a board to go in it, I see that 'someone' provided Clark with a JS2 sound set that has a nice Russian clanking engine.

A quick test run using a TK22 with 2A6 sounds. At least the turret rotates nice and smoothly, the recoil works and the muzzle flash is working. Still need a couple of hooks added, along with the weathering etc. Sorry about the squashed aspect ratio, I need to figure out how to get into widescreen when I upload it.

After a house move and getting my backside into gear, I have started weathering a JS3 that I have been building, still lots more to do, but its getting there.

That, sir, is what we call where I come from "badass." That's some very nice work!

Not happy with the back panel, not smooth enough due to the 3D printing. Just ordered some XTC 3D which is supposed to be the wonder treatment. Never used it before so I hope it does what it says on the tin.
If it works I have a couple of other models that I can use it on too.

Luckily I managed to salvage the vast bulk of the files, it was a matter of finding the right tool for the job.
I have the Openscad file which contains all of the parts, but as I am still doing some of the detail stuff I'll wait until it is all done and then post it up on Pinshape or Thingiverse, will probably only post up the .scad file as I don't think I have all of the STL's and it would take a long time to create them again.
The turret will require some tinkering if anyone prints it as it is a rendered scan.
