I tracked them down mate. Just where you said.
They are on the way
Thanks for the pointer

Re: MATORRO JAGDTIGER CONVERSION
So, thanks to Mr Jackalope I have now got the bits on the way to complete the tensioner.
Now I need to wait until they arrive so as to get the height of the idler arms correct.
As the ends of the tensioner now need to pass through the reinforcing material that steadies up the hull extension, getting the entire tensioner assembly placed right before I go ahead and secure the joiners is paramount.
I will carry on and prep the reinforcing sections so Im good to go when the arms arrive.

Do you need some more measurements?

Re: MATORRO JAGDTIGER CONVERSION
Maybe a height from the bottom of the hull straight up yo the centre of the tensioner.
I expect that is the same as the screw hole for the moulded idler mounts that once they are removed, the tensioner will centralise with that screw hole and the arms drop down to carry the wheels at the correct height,
I also found some other goodies in there that I will be getting when the time requires it.

Coming along real nice, Herman. I love what you've done getting the hatches operational, some next-level engineering there.
How'd you go with the Bunnings hull-strengthening?

Re: MATORRO JAGDTIGER CONVERSION
Ive done a bit of prep work on the stiffening hardware.
Three more bits to be done yet.
I will not secure any of them until the adjuster arms arrive, so I can be certain of heights and mounting requirements for the tensioner assembly.
I can see how it needs to work now, and how it must be disassembled to fit it in the space. This is all that holds these structures in place.
Once the adjuster is in place and the necessary modifications are done to the stiffening hardware to accommodate it, I will secure the angles and use two-pack Araldite to add strength to the rear section.
Im not going to have the same luxury when the hull gets cut. All I can rely on there is layers of plastic and glue/Araldite to hold it all together until the hull screws go in.

Herman sorry I haven't had a chance to get you those measurements yet, I'll be able to do it today since I'm off. I'll also take some pics for you.

From the bottom edge to where the center of the adjustment arm is located is 20mm. I'll post pics in a bit.

Re: MATORRO JAGDTIGER CONVERSION
Thanks mate, thats bang on the centre of the screw hole that secures the idler mount on the factory hull.
If I remove this, and use that hole as the datum mark for the tensioner I should be spot on.
