I think you've gone the issue in the right way there Arnie....I try to do the same by letting the sellers know what happened and why you are taking such actions...In most cases they understand...it's when they don't that a problem usually arises

This was my solution I posted already at RCUniverse. I used the Tammy electronics for reliability and ease of use and installation. I simply ran out of patience to attempt lateral movement. lol. Hope this helps, if you have any questions, ask away! My upper hull was a bit flexed, but not bad. I also used a full Tammy suspension on a HL lower hull braced with Aluminum.

Havent had any time to tinker with this thing lately, but will look at you setup, when I find the time again

Looking good, I have mine about done. I need to install the Tammy DMD and MF units and then wire it all up. Here are some of my pics. I used all Tammy suspension and ground off the HL molded parts.

Very nice job
You utilized the cramped space of the lower hull perfectly and really did a neat installation
I agree the como is understated enough to warrant a war wary machine
I like the addition of the night vision setup on this Panzer.
