Nice work, guys. Despite my earlier comments, it's really refreshing to see camouflaged Allied armour and I like where you're taking it.

Is it just me, or does the 4BO/6K/7K combination almost look like Olivgrün/Rotbraun/Dunkelgelb? Is imitation the sincerest form of flattery during wartime?

It's the Russian take on German three tone - they did green and brown camo too. Just nice to have something a bit different.

Glad you guys like it, detail painting and decals this weekend :D

Collected the KV from Paul this afternoon and had a good chat about weathering etc. I think I'm good to go on the detail painting and tracks tonight.

Decals will go on once I've applied some semi gloss for the decals and washes to go on.

Great to have it back and so happy with true paint job!!

Good team effort, thanks for keeping us all in on it
The cam scheme you chose is a stunner on that tank, and Mr Scalawag has certainly pulled it off .
Russian and NOT green

Thanks Herman, Paul has done a smashing job.

Painted and weathered the tracks and some stowage Paul gave me yesterday afternoon.

Not sure if you mean the bags? Think you may have mis typed?

Bags are from value gear in Australia :D

Remembered last night to paint and weather the spare links - just in case!

Done a wooden box for stowage too.

Now to get some semi gloss and attach the decals, weathering the tank next :D
