Excellent work...wish I was as dedicated as you! Longer would be better, at some point I can make a radio box and link it into that.

That's another one to add to the winter projects list...we need longer winters!!

It's just solar flares, when they die down, normality will resume. Not that we get a lot of hurricanes in my road. :D

I have been awol for a bit, just read about the cameras direct to Tablet, you can get a 5.8ghz FPV camera setup that links direct to Android, wonder if there is a similar setup for Apple products.

Just had a kit to build a KV-85 upper hull turn up so should have that next time I can get down.

I have also been looking at fpv setups, and with any luck will have it completed next time I'm down.

I looked at options for a set up, but couldn't see a super cheap way of doing it, or having dongles hanging around. Will be good to see how you have solved it.

Well I gave the scrap PLA a go. Put some kitchen foil in a baking tray, scattered a load of scrap parts all over it, and put it in the oven for ten minutes. It all melted down, I took it out, and while it was soft stuck some crates and tracks into it. Instant scenery! :D

Tamiya Tiger Set-Up

I tried to set up a 2nd Tamiya tank on a 'HiTec Optic 6 Sports' transmitter and have lost all of the setting for the original Tiger it was set up for .... and now nothing works correctly.

Should a Tamiya be easy to set-up with a transmitter, or am I missing something

When I set up my Panzer with a Clark board and Turnigy received it was easy, and everything sort of worked with only fine adjustments required.

The engine sound keep restarting, and when I do things like go forward is goes straight to flat out speed..... basically nohting works properly

The problem with the 'Hitec Optics' instructions is they relate to planes so therefore confusing, and I haven't got a clue how to get the engine sound to fully start, without it trying to restart itself every few seconds

Thank-you friends.....

Kevin

When my tiger threw a wobbly, I went through the reset procedure for the Tamiya electronics. You can download the manual from the downloads section.
