I have been battling Sciatica affecting my left leg making it just plan painful to sit, walk or stand.
Starting to feel better and I'm hoping to get back to the bench today or tomorrow.

Surely you have a healing immersion tank you can lie in to sort it !!
It’s ok mate, we are all here with half empty popcorn containers, waiting for intermission to end and the show to resume !

Thanks guys!
I finally got a reasonable nights sleep late night.
Lying down has been even more painful that standing or sitting and none of my normal sleeping positions afforded me any comfort.

They say to ice aches & pains
I find Jack Daniels fixes most of my aches & pains , with lots of ice.!!

I'm glad you are starting to recover. I've had the same condition in the past. It's not any kind of fun
