Hi Andy,
Looking very good there. One thing though, I think that the color should be what your guys used in the war. Green base with black sections on it. I like the weathered look. It will get that way through use anyway.

Colours, for the most part Olive Drab, but one of the 1/32 scale kits I have has one of the schemes as a sort of Battleship Grey, infact looking at the plan its describe as "Blue Grey"...personally Im going for Humbrol Light Olive...the colour of victory

My research has revealed that some came from the factory in a Navy Grey, most were Olive Drab, and some were painted with additional camouflage colors to suit the using unit. Beach identifiers in high visibility colors were also used as required.

I have altered the idler mounts today so there more in line with the drive sprockets . Ive also made the idler wheel. I just used thick plastic , it took three pieces and then a thin layer of styrene to make it , then cut it round and drill a hole through it . I added a metal washer to each outer side . The thickness now just sits inside the Mato Sherman track. I was going to make it spoked but decided not to. Also I think the original ones had teeth. I might alter it so it looks spoked ?
Heres how its looking getting there . They grey isnt the final colour its the primer.
