Great work!
One question!
The dimension of axles from conection of speards.
How much measure including gears?
And the axes of motion from the engine to the differentials.
Thanks best regards.
Antonio.

Hi, Can you graphically explain the area of what you are looking for ? There are so many axles, drive shafts and gears, I can try to provide something but you need to be more specific. With everything installed and mounted deep into the hull, it is also difficult to gather precise measurements with a ruler.Snipermadrid wrote:One question!

I took some garden pictures for the Show Off section, i am posting them here as well.

Louis

Hi,
Here is a short video of the electronics integration testing, including night firing of the M2 Browning. As mentioned during the build, i allowed some lights from the M2 LED fire to come out from the breech as lighting effects in order to make the firing a bit more dramatic, probably more than in reality, but this is for fun, remember... It really looks amazing in the complete darkness.
Here are a few snapshot highlights from the video.
Headlights Firing the M2 Browning on the FLW-200 remote station, rotation, elevation. M2 Browning breech fire Rear ramp lowering and closing, tail lights, illuminated interior. Regards, Louis

Sorry Antonio, i was doing field trials. I was expecting to have to do heavy maintenance after an hour in the field but the Boxer is really working well. As you can see, the Blue axles are really deep in the hull, no way to get to them unless the whole electronic package and gearboxes are removed. If you are planning on doing the same thing, you need to position and fix the four gearboxes first. The length of the blue axles really need to be finetuned with a metal hand file to get to the perfect setup, one micro millimetre at a time until you feel the gearbox is running optimally, firm but also loose. Let me know if i can provide easier calculations, its too late for the blue axles.Snipermadrid wrote:The pictures of Sat May 22, 2021 in reference to these axles.
