Hi Ronnie,
I'm really enjoying watch your brass detail work.

It is my choice for a lot of my detail work as well, just can't beat it!
Keep up the great work.

Re: Panther F
Thank Barry The brass work is rough compared to your standard
. The brass is thin and strong, less likely to fall off and the moulded plastic is very thick . Need to make up a jig for the track hangers on the other side makes life easy if it's correct 1 st time. Some more brass handles , fuel vent, ring round a fan grill, new brackets for hammer bar and pole and made a hammer and crow bar.

Headlight fix, removed moulded conduit and cut mudguard for new conduit .

						Re: Panther F
Going to try making these again , as i am waiting for some brass.A lot of hassle for doing it correct. Easy option is wire bend into a u shape and soldered onto a little bit of brass formed round the tools.

Re: Panther F
I admire your patience. I could not be bothered on my Panther A, with the underneath stuff that is seldom seen. But that's marvellous work.

Estnische true words The panther has the rough version , brass loop and thin wire . Made more for the busted tool rack . The problem with the aber clamps is you lose the will to life after the 3rd attempt to piece them together. Easier option in pic.

Painted the turret, going for the tired look, fitted the chains and track pins . Still waiting for brass for other side , Elmod pro board and the stronger torsion bars arrived today. The brass was ordered 4 days earlier yet i can get stuff from Germany faster.

Wonder when my brass will arrive, done the turret while waiting . Problem is will the hull match the turret when i paint again. Something different for a change. Flat clear TS80 next then turret numbers painted on with a mask.

Numbers on and a waste of time, paint has not bonded well. So much for Mr hobby metal primer and Vallejo primer need a proper metal etching primer once its back to bare metal . Aisatam done a plastic turret but can't find one
