No they didnt, unfortunately. I had thought about just making them myself, but Forgebear had them for 0.99£ and since I was getting some other stuff from him, I thought why not. And now they are missing in the mail, along with road wheels and mudflaps for my Tiger!!!

 So what goes with the lost parts...do you have to file a claim or does Dave?

I dont really know actually. I have reported it to the Danish postal system and told Dave about. Havent heard from Dave yet. Since the package have changed hands along the way, from the courier Dave uses, to the Danish Post, I'm not really sure where the fault and the responsibility for the damaged package and loss lies.

Doesn't sound good....personally I really don't think Dave has any responsibility in the deal...But man..what a loss

I think Ebay and Paypals buyer protection might step in, if the Post here in Denmark cant do anything.

Still no word from the Danish Post office about the missing pieces. Will give it till monday and then I will have to report the pieces missing with ebay.
Did talk to Dave and he is on vacation untill the end of next week so he cant do much about it at the moment. He asked me to let him know what the post office says.

I'm probably going to ask for a refund, seing as I oredered the parts I'm missing from Dominique. I need the parts more or less now and dont want to wait another week or two on replacements or a re-order from Dave, when Dominique can have them here by monday or Tuesday next week.

Speaking of next week... I have the entire week off and I'm hoping to make some more progress on the Stug then :)

Sounds like a tough situation...Going through a similar deal ...but not with a loss as large as yours...I really don't want to go through the process of mediation through a third party....even though it was partially their fault ....It hurts the buyer seller relationship
When things do go wrong though...sometimes you just have no recourse ...a definite catch 22 situation....I find in most cases sellers understand the action...some don't...and will ban the area from buying from them ;)

Well. I have no hard feelings towards Dave at all and hope to deal with him in the future, but I have to take my precautions... I dont know if Dave have insured his packages in any way. I hope so, if the Danish post denies responsibility...
