that with the early plates i made with my smaller 3d printer the flash forge creator pro. easy printer to use but not satisfactory to where i want the print volume should be.
here im showing on making the main turret and by this time i just got my CR-10s from china. and the printer has 400mm all in the XYZ print axis for a hell of a good price and i am satisfied with the printer i got

as you can see my new 2 printers on the top pic and my now retired creator flash forge under the desk. sorry for the messy room and i still need better printing enclosures to make this smarter and getting rid of the older 3d printer. fortunately my friend decided to take it off my hands for me.
for the progress of the FCM F1, i decided to make the suspension housing in one solid piece so it would be far more sturdier and less prone to collapse on its own weight.

surprised to see how the housing hold up on its own weight and i also made 2 bogies at the time for a dry fit

finished tidying up the print errors and droops i had on some areas like the hooks for the slots on the outer panel of the housing, also by this time i have made about 5 4 wheel bogies.
after satisfied i took the hull out and replaced and installed the new housing to show the comparison between the two and see how much i progressed

this is showing the areas where i can place the batteries in the tank without cramping up the main hull.
two batteries because i can fit 2 on each side of the housing so totalling up to 4 batteries because why not?
so for the suspension system the FCM F1 has for one side 4 bogies housing 4 road wheels so thats about 16, 1 rear trailing wheel, 3 jockey wheels, one idler wheel and a driving sprocket. there are no return rollers only gliders. so totalling up 22 wheels per side and 44 all together.
