So, still busy to get acquainted with my printer, but so far so good.
I found a very detailed nebelwerfer in 1/56 which I upscaled to 1/16.
I used supports, which I probably shouldnt have done

Now a lot of cleaning up to do.
maybe I will print it once more, but t takes 16 hours, so for now it is ok.

Some little bits been working on, had a request for HengLong King Tiger replacement mantlet
Might end up sticking them up in traders section on WCP Models as a cool little repair item for anyone who has broken their HL KT mantlet

Why not break down the model and not print the barrels, but replace with metal tubing?
As for supports, you just need to play around and get used to where and when

Thanks, yes using metal tubes for barrels is an option, although printing the barrels is actually not the problem. It is the lines running outside of the barrels that give the most problems, they are thin, so replacing these with some brasstube would be a good option I think.
And for the rest I am learning and trying as much as I can with my printer. Received some new parts yesterday so I hope to be able to install them soon.

I find that using thick copper wire stripped from mains cables works quite well for thin wires/tubes as it is easier to bend and shape.
