For those attending the South Yorkshire Show, I hope you have a great day and that the weather holds out.

Re: Bristol Armoured Division
Managed to find the time to do a decent enclosure for electronics for the artillery gun. Should ideally find some plywood and make a decent base with a wall surround for it, to prevent anything driving into it. If the gun looks out of scale, it isn't, these were very big guns, with the wheels almost as high as the gun crew.

Let me know how big the base needs to be and i will see what i can do.
I might even have some turf.

60cm x 50cm would do it, that would leave enough room for a second gun that I have here but which is unbuilt, and a wall.

Ok, i will try and cut something.
A bit of 4mm mdf should do.
What do you want for the wall?
Maybe we can talk about it on sunday, do we put a wall all round and maybe a gate?

Re: Bristol Armoured Division
That would be great, a strip around for the wall 10mm thick and 50mm high would be ideal. I can then print stone facing sheets for it, plus a gate.

Re: Bristol Armoured Division
I have no luck with a gun crew, though there is a company that makes very detailed resin British infantry. The ideal solution is finding someone who knows how to create posable 3D models that can be printed. Trying to get the available software to do that is not very easy at all.Artyfist wrote:Have you had any joy printing a gun crew?
