Hey Jimster, that’s an interesting piece of info re. the convoy light. Did you fabricate it yourself as I don’t see the same at the usual suppliers on this side of the pond? Hadn’t seen the East Coast site before, imagine building an initial in 1/6 scale!
The early convoy light is a brass kit but I can’t remember the source.
East Coast Armory sells some initial production Tiger parts in 1/16 but it’s tricky finding them on their website. I use their exhaust flappers (they send several because they break off at times) among other items.

Can you see the most recent pics that I attached directly to the posts?

I see what you mean, they don't really make it obvious that they sell any 1/16 parts!

The international net nannies must be messing with your Imgur pictures.

Nice build so far Kernewk .May be of interest that I got my early working convoy light kit from Heikes Modellbaugasse from Germany. Also if you are going to go the Aber way of cleaning rods and brackets Kit 16 024 is correct. Brackets for five cleaning rods plus these are longer. Correct for a initial. Aber kit 16 025 is correct for what we regards as standard production with six rods that are shorter and positioned on the deck further back than a initial.regards John.

I only said “IF”. I have never been “THAT” enamoured by Tigers. I have two, and that is more than enough.

I do appreciate others work on any model.

The brass early convoy light is made by WeCoHe and stocked by Tank Modellbau. I would have purchased this rather than my plastic one if they had these in stock at the time.
