I recently bought the Radiomaster TX16S Mark 2 version with a touchscreen but I haven’t used it yet. It uses Edge TX and I’m used to Open TX. Just haven’t learned the nuances of the newer system yet.

i bought mato tiger 1 low hull and heng long dual current gearboxes. and its not fit to mato and also to taigens hull /facepalm

For taigen, the shafts are too long, and for mato, the mounting pad has to be lowered somehow, but it conflicts with the torsion mounts.

velthal, I am sorry for the expense of the Mato Hull and the HengLong Dual Current gearbox if you cannot use them. I have two really dumb ideas. Might there be some shorter axle shafts for the HengLong Dual Current gearbox? Or, might the gearbox be fitted to the Mato lower hull (and nonetheless fit under the upper hull) with the rear tipped a bit upward?

Hello, the idea of “Her professor” is well thought out? see if feasible. Would it not be possible to find a competent member, with a metal lathe, and who could rectify? if the axis is removable of course. Or possibility of recutting yourself, and redoing the flat with a file??
:'( just suggestions, like that!!!

Herr Dr. Professor, yes. Both of your options work. The seller promised to send me the short axles (originally we agreed on 49mm, but he sent 60mm). So this gearbox fits perfectly in the Teigen.
And about the mato - you can make it at an angle, or cut the mounting plate off a little bit of the housing.

The axle is removable. the gearbox is very well thought out. you can simply enlarge the mounting area for the pinion on the machine and push the axle in rougher. you don't even have to cut it.

The hl gearbox has won me over. I love it. Very smooth operation, even with the tk60. However, to go straight, the sticks have to be deflected diagonally. Very uncomfortable.

"...to go straight, the sticks have to be deflected diagonally": velthal, are you using your FlySky transmitter with the new HengLong gearbox? There should be a way to adjust the transmitter so the tracks run evenly. Do you have the FlySky manual?
