I prefer to do therapy on a 1:35 model, rather than make disaster on 1:16 ;D

Met5,

My God that's a beauty! :D Attention to detail and all the handmade little bits put this one over the top! Love the camo too! I really love the look of these Puma's. Coolest thing out there with 8 wheels!

Cheers,
Eric.

Thank you both.

Photographed on the lawn forget how small the model is in 1:35.

The Puma 1:16 is small when compared to Famo & Tiger.
In 1:35 it looks like a microbe.

However, photographed worthily makes his figure.....

Holy dog crap Met5! 8O

I may be an idiot, but somewhere along the line, I missed the fact that this was in 1/35 scale! :/ I've been following along since the beginning of this build and never realized it! :wtf: One of the clues should of been the pictures of it alongside your keyboard! I really need to pay more attention to things! :{ Now I'm even more stunned by your build!

Cheers,
Eric.

Hi Eric,

the Puma is 1:16, when it came time to paint it I started a 1:35 on which to do my tests.

When 1:35 is completely finished all I have learned I will transfer it to 1:16 ...

Now let's go on with 1:35.

Met5: From the photos of the 1/16 Puma throughout, it seems to me rather a convincing look of a war-weary Puma in whitewash. I know your camouflage on the 1/35 Puma is superb and will be very fine in 1/16. Yet have you considered preserving, or at least starting from, the 1/16 Puma's present look?

Hello Herr Professor,
also my great friend Dante advised me to leave the Puma 1:16 so "in lime".

But fears must be overcome, mountains must be climbed and we must learn to do what we are unable to do.

The first tank I painted was a Tiger I (Winter Kursk), the second a Sherman and the third a Famo. All vehicles with only one color.

The lime way would be the easiest way. I have to be able to do a Camo and it has to be convincing.

Below are the photos I am drawing inspiration from.
