Outstanding realism with those tank riders and photos Rad. Very good looking tank and the eerie landscape brings it to life! :wave:

I finally remembered what these gorgeous photos reminded me of. German newsreel shots of advancing German armor during the Battle of the Bulge. Snow on the ground, dense low fog, and soldiers clinging to the side of these tanks. I say replicated perfectly! :clap:

Would be the perfect picture for a January calendar page. I think someone with more motivation than me should put together an RCTW calendar as a fundraiser for the forum.

Glad you liked the pics!

EAO: What came to my mind was the Gumrak airfield, in the stalingrad kessel, 1942. The road in front of my house definitelly looked like the airfield to me, lol.

That's exactly the type of scenes your pictures reminded me of! Haven't had a chance to see that movie, but I'll hunt around for it. Always been fascinated by the story of that huge "meat grinder".
