The 3D printed gun, does it bend like the plastic ones you get with the tanks.?
Hey,
I'm happy to be corrected but I don't think plastic barrels generally flex, however if there is slop in the elevation and it can move up and down and create an optical illusion like when you wobble a pencil.
Mines plastic with a brass rod down the centre. The elevation uses cogs so less slop than usual and to my eye doesn't bend

Did all the tie down types come from Dean, Tom? I particularly liked the brass clamp ones with butterfly nuts. The Comet needs several of those for the tools on the side of the engine deck.
Overall, some masterly detailing there; but then, that's what we've come to expect

Alwyn has certainly graduated from plasticard master, to printing maestro, in the meantime.
