Take a look in the downloads section. There are some printable stencils, flags, maps and such. Might help you out. I've used printed flags on some of my tanks. Just print them on paper, then coat good with some clear flat, both sides. You can then use some thinned white glue and get them to drape over the surface.

As for painting tanks nipple pink...have a look at this thread. Our late eccentric General 'Alpha' (AKA- 'He who should not be named'...but I just have ), was prone to painting his tanks in anything other than standard colours. But then, he was (is) a pretty colourful character himself.
