It's really nice Herman sounds too good for this basic Grey Tiger

Best part of this is I will have a good starting point for my next project and the sound is the last part to worry about for a change...

I will compare your pictures with my Taigen Tiger after work.
It would seem as though we are dealing with wires 3,4 & 5 in the 8 pin socket - getting them in the right order.

We may have to source a picture of your upper hull connector or one like it to compare. I'm sure someone posted a diagram or two of it on here already. As I look at the tigers wiring it looks as If this shouldn't be this hard to do perhaps I'm just missing something simple.

As you look at the newest 8 pin connector the last green white and orange remain the same. The first pair of two wires and the third pair of wires go into the turret gun assembly.

The three pin plug looks as though it is the key. One of the wires is a common.

Very interesting. I think the secret lies under that Taigen board we can compare it to the t90 upper hull board I have and trace the wires coming and going

I hope to have one of those Taigen Tigers come and visit me on Sunday so I can plug my unit into its radio & cycle the mechanism on my JT to get the barrel in the forward battery.
Plus I can substitute my new HL radio onto the Taigen visitor to see is I can make it function like normal.
If so, I can confirm the need for the stuff from Haya and confirm the order.

Okay - the 3 pin plug on my last picture above - turn it round (this is on a Taigen Tiger)
Now I get the main gun to fire by moving the left stick horizontally to the right.
No gun sound effect though......
It's not right but it does fire the main gun.

I have taken the T90 sound board out of my Tiger 1 and reverted back to the original Taigen board.

I thought, right, I'll put the new T90 board into my HL Königstiger - after all it is KT sound.

So I opened up the KT and swapped the board, which should, in theory be a straight swap and all should work straight away.
Alas no. It doesn't
All works except the main gun - the reason is that the plugs on the underside of the top section next to the 8 pin socket are different.
My KT has a 2 & a 3 pin socket next to the 8 pin.
The new T1 has 3 number 2 pin sockets next to the 8 pin.

Stumped again
Officially pissed off with HL boards and the inconsistencies in their tanks.

Get anew cable and 8 pin plug from HAYA U.K.
She'll work then
