Good to know that is working OK Andy. Do you have any "saddle type symptoms" or distribution of your symptoms other than what you have mentioned?
Constipation can be due to opiates and this is likely what is happening but can be also due to the nerve compression. Did they give you Senna for that?
It is clear that you have a compressive issue on your nerves there. One possible explanation is a condition called Cauda Equina Syndrome, although it commonly present as "saddle" type distribution it can also present similarly to the way you are presenting. They can clearly see the tolerance of spaces on your MRI spine. This is why its important to correlate with clinical findings as that is an excellent indicator of nerve damage. A neuro-radiologist can spot a lot of issues as compared to a general radiologist, this is why a neuro-radiologist is tuned to deal with this. I also suspect that you previous back surgeries may contribute to the issues as your anatomy of your spine is already different.
You can get a copy of your MRI spine on a disc and you can have a second opinion (preferably a neuro-radiologist) coupled with a proper re-examination of the distribution of your symptoms so they can correlate the findings clinically and radiologically. A nerve conduction studies to map out the area involved will be helpful and will aid with localising.
Hope this helps you out.

Max-u52 no mate I bought Turnigy 9xr pro about 6 weeks ago I love it.
Well guys I have my appointment through to see Mr Harding Earliest appointment was 21st of April (the wife's birthday ooooops) but another 5 weeks like this but he is one of the leading spinal trauma specialist in the country, someone asked about the power in my right leg,I can move it from the hip fine, the foot won't stay straight its drifted from the heel so the toes are pointing north east when I try and walk to the kitchen with one hand on the wall I have to flick my right leg forward so I can watch my foot land flat before moving but can't always guarantee the leg will hold, there is very little strength in the leg and I have NO movement below the knee, also someone asked what happens when they do the hammer test on knees and ankle NO response and also sharps test on foot No response, pain as been bearable today just.
Best Wishes
Andy
