By the way Ed...try playing with your wash mix....I don't know what brand of paint you are using...so diluting it to the measure that I spoke of might be too thin...you will have to experiment to see "what" ratio works best with your paint/color ;)

PS. It's too bad Ed....I tried to find the thread I made a year ago "ONLY WITH AN AIRBRUSH"...unfortunately the admin saw fit to delete the entire thread ...so the Highlighting technique has also been erased with it :thumbdown:

The added armour looks good, you nailed the unfinished raw steel sitting outside look! You may want to make chalk marks to simulate measurements done by the guys who would have added the steel plates. Just a thought.

But so far so good, looks great so far.

The more I look at your added armour the more I like it! And the rust effects are simply amazing Ed! You should be quite proud I'd say, it's coming along very nicly! :clap: :thumbup:

Decals arrived today...just need a wash over the decals and matt clear. And a little soldering to finish

This turned out nice ED :thumbup: ...The rust treatment really adds character ...you will have to redo your T34 in a similar manner ;)
