It's missing it's brushes..not to much else wrong with it....

Brushes are easy to get for that model... you can use dremel brushes..just sand them a little to fit... open frame motors are really easy to mess around with

Jake this one is very similar to yours... but IMO yours is better because of the box boiler... this one doesn't have it...( in front of the cab )
