MDK,
I am really amazed with your hand painted unit marking on Zimmerit. Extremely well done! Kudos to your desire to have a working exhaust as well as finding your way to the 'Panzer Zen State of Bucket Ownership'. I'm not sure about new linked Forum Headers for the Peaceful and Plentiful Owning of Buckets but I can definitely show a couple of mine:

Nice job on the markings Boggle...I've always said..if you're going to do zim ...the only proper way to put markings on it is by hand... your excellent job proves that

No,no ,no sir, lets clear this up before we have an accident

YOU don't put it on,,,,you place it on your Tank
now i am worried because if ALPHA don't answer this it means i was to late and he is now stuck and needs pulling out of some bucket somewhere by his boots.
Hang on,lets vote on this,if he is stuck,do we pull him out or leave him there?

Alpha,
Three buckets, the one on the Panther is painted feld grau. Why a bucket on German tanks?, just a lot of photos with buckets showing and it does help to humanize and allows me to connect with a far off past full of steel monsters that I along with the rest here recreate in plastic, resin and white metal to run and have fun with. Best explanation that I can come up with. ;o) MDK, I am looking forward to your exhaust and yes, bucket pics.
warm regards,
Painless

Tomato Tomatow

...but there could be a transgression of events to doing either... if you PUT it on.. meaning hanging it from something... it could get snagged and yank two parts off... If you PLACE it on... means it's sitting on a deck... it would definitely not get snagged...but might just fall off on it's own
I just so happened to have opened a thread on your request Boggle... I think I covered my rear end pretty well... as my crews use portable buckets which are stored inside the tank... just to keep them away from rouge Soviet jack stealing night raiders .... cause not only do they like jacks...they like BUCKETS too

If my foot is stuck in a bucket...leave me there...there is probably a reason
