Ahh what you mean is the M4A3R3. putting it simply and looking at photos it appears to have the 105 turret sporting a 75mm maingun barrel which is used for the flame thrower. However as the photos found are taken by service men fighting on iwo joma the photos are from rear and side.

There are better photos of the British Sherman crocodile but they are low bustle turrets with flame thrower mounted next to gunners hatch or use hull machine gun
