The funny part about that screw is.. the solitude of it lol...but yes ... I do understand waiting for parts...I can't wait to see what you do to this SHERMAN...especially the electrical... something I still have to learn much aboutPainlessWolf wrote:Good Morning, Alpha,
I could pull everything out of the hull, electronics - wise but I kinda want to wait til the new board and set show up. Tonight, I'll concentrate on completing the cut out of the grills and getting that area ready for the new ones in metal. *chuckles* I saved that button up in the photo because I may end up using it again to remount the turret rotator gearbox.

P.S. whenever a build is slow because of waiting for parts, etc, it helps a lot for me to keep the enthusiasm going by doing other odd jobs for the tanks in the motorpool. A win all the way round'. ;o)
Hello Painless... yeah I read that... I didn't even know the Rx18 had a plug in for a tail light...The KV headlight is freaking bright...after she's painted I think I'm going to back it with a reflectorPainlessWolf wrote:"especially the electrical... something I still have to learn much about" You and me both. I know my T-34 needs better sound and controls and TX but I quail at the thought of something electrical that isn't a straight plug swap. This Sherman should be straight across with the only weirdity being wiring up the spotlight to the front lights. Phil did a video of his and it was so bright he said he was going to add a resistor. If I have to do the same, I have no idea what size or type or where it would go in the wiring. He added that same warning about the tail light on the KV-2 over in his T-34 thread I noted. I hope someone steps up with some explanations of it all.

It is a bit chilly, too cold to enjoy my snowmobiles in fact. But good for sitting by fire and ruining plastic.ALPHA wrote:Hey painless..palepainter ... I read bad weather up there... is it affecting you? Keep warm buddies ..![]()
