Did just that and they were super quick in replying. Gave me a part number and now have 8x tyres on their way to help.build a GAZ 66 Hot Rod slammed on the deck. Original wheels but small Playmobile tyres fit on rims nicely. Looks cool aswell with a shortened GAZ truck bed.

My other rat rod M35 is coming along super slow as I been trying to find decent axles and wheels. But I think I may have found some 1/14 Tamiya truck wheels which make it look a monster rat rod!

There are some really beautiful 1/18 die cast Mercedes G series Command Cars out there. I have a couple. If you can find the pics or illustrations for them, that could be helpful in putting together details on your 3D print job.

For 1/16 it’s going to have to be 370mm long, here it is at scale, the grey base it’s on is the print bed size of my printer.
I’m going to have to get creative cutting it into printable parts...

Wayne, I have a couple Mercedes variants if you need measurements. These are 1/18th scale. I worry that the HL truck axles will be too wide. Maybe 1/24 crawler stuff might work. I have a Losi but it's promised to the Kubelwagen (which has been waiting almost two years to be built).



Now you have me wondering if we can do an Autobahnkurier. I have a 540K in 1/6 (or maybe 1/5?) but it's a cabriolet. And I think we'd need a bigger motor for an Autobahnkurier, since I'd want it to be a little rocket.

I think it would need the BFO bigblock
